Cancellations, Returns & Exchange

• Cancellation is accepted before the order is dispatched.

• Returns are accepted for unused products only in case of defects, damages during delivery, missing, or wrong products delivered.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

• purchased good should be in original state (including its packaging and labels), customer in Kathmandu Valley should come to our store at C S COLLECTION Setipakha -28 Hatiban Lalitpur, Nepal and produce the bill, after inspection then only we shall take the returns and exchange

• For the customers outside valley you should return it within 5 days from the delivery date. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  Return shipping and handling costs and other charges are non-refundable.

• All return shipping charges must be prepaid.

  Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] or Send message in What`s up 9840852180 and send your item to: C S COLLECTION., imadol Setipakha-28, Lalitpu Nepal.

• If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

• It is important to print out and paste the return label on your return parcel to avoid any inconvenience/delay in process of your return.
